Our training programs recognize that workforce counseling requires more than counseling skill. Effective workforce counseling requires an understanding of the underlying workplace and often, certain legal issues. Our training programs are informed by business and legal professionals who have been at the highest level of corporate and government environments and understand what methods can most effectively deliver counseling services in those environments.
